Introducing youthpass in detail, thinking about follow-ups and evaluating the project

The day started with a briefing about YOUTHPASS, a certificate for Erasmus+ projects. We learned about the competences of YOUTHPASS and played a game during which we presented these competences with a specific way (with a song, poem, photography, theatre, pantomime, drawing, crossword, dancing).

Next on our agenda was thinking about a follow-up activity or project that we could organise in our countries or communities about an environmental problem or topic. The teams were national and we were supposed to answer on the questions about: what the project would be, why we chose this project and what are our objectives, where and when it would take place, who is targeted and how it would be implemented by thinking about the methodology, resources and planning the programme. We presented our plans in the plenary and got feedback from the other participants.

All good things come to an end and so is our amazing youth exchange. But, we are not going to end it without a final evaluation about the whole experience. We began the evaluation process talking about our experiences, emotions and feelings about “Hands Up for Nature” and making suggestions to enhance the experience. After the verbal evaluation we were provided with evaluation forms that asked us to anonymously evaluate all the different aspects of the project. Finally, we did the revealing of our secret friends and wrote messages to each other.
